Vikwazo vinavyokwamisha watu kuanzisha biashara vyatajwa

TARATIBU zisizoeleweka zinazotolewa na baadhi ya maofisa wa serikali ni miongoni mwa kikwazo kilichotajwa ambacho kinakwamisha watu kuanzisha biashara.

Hayo yamebainisha jijini Dar es Salaam juzi na Mtafiti mwandamizi Profesa Samuel Wangwe wakati akitoa ripoti ya utafiti aliyoufanya kuhusiana na Uanzishwaji wa Biashara Tanzania katika mkutano uliyoandaliwa na Taasisi ya Liberty Sparks.

Profesa Wangwe ambaye pia ni Mkurugenzi wa Kampuni ya Daima Associety, alisema utafiti umebaini pamoja na jitihada zinazofanya na Serikali katika kuhakikisha kunakuwepo na mazingira mazuri ya ufanyaji biashara, bado kuna watu wanakumbana na vikwazo wakati wanapotaka kuanza kufanya biashara.

Alisema miongoni mwa vikwazo hivyo ni ucheleshwaji wa usajili kampuni na upatikanaji wa vibali, makato katika kodi, usajili wa bidhaa pamoja na taratibu zisizoeleweka kutoka kwenye taasisi za uuma.

“Pamoja na hayo yote utafiti huu ambao umefanyika kwa miezi miwili umewataka watu wenye nia ya kufanya biashara kuacha tabia ya kuazima fedha kutoka kwa mtu ndipo aanzishe biashara,” alisema Profesa Wangwe

Hata hivyo Mwakilishi kutoka Wakala wa Usajili wa Biashara na Leseni (Brela), Eliabu Rwabiyagi alisema kwa sasa Serikali imejitahidi kuweka mazingira mazuri ya ufanyaji biashara na kurahisisha taratibu za uazishwaji wake.

Alisema kwa upande wa Brela wana mfumo mpana wa usajili kwa njia ya mtandao (ORS) ambao unatoa huduma zote kwa mtandao ikiwemo usajili wa kampuni, majina ya biashara pamoja na alama za biashara.
