Evans Exaud is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Liberty Sparks, a research and policy organization focused on economic freedom, inclusive development, and governance reforms in East Africa. Under his leadership, Liberty Sparks undertakes empirical research, public education, and stakeholder engagement to inform policy dialogue and community empowerment. Evans Exaud has been involved in initiatives that promote entrepreneurship, civic participation, and evidence-based policy solutions aimed at reducing poverty and expanding opportunity in the region.
