Our format of judging and marking essay from all candidates in the region. There will be internal and external team of judges. The internal judging will be done by the special local team of four individual from different backgrounds and mainly business in Tanzania. The Internal Judges will review and mark all your papers and selecting top 20 candidates for next stage.
The top 20 paper will be sent to external who both reside out of Africa for final marking and selection of top 10 candidates who will participate on Young Scholar Colloquium and the final top 5 winners.
