My new book “Lessons from Past Heroes” out now in South Africa, published by Tracey McDonald’s Publishers. Regarding my professional work, I currently advise international investors for a New York-based macroeconomic advisory firm, Greenmantle LLC, on South Africa's financial markets. I sit on the boards of three organisations: Organization Undoing Tax Abuse (OUTA), South African Institute of Business Accountants (SAIBA), and Social Research Foundation. I write on macroeconomic affairs. Hence, I'm a columnist on Politicsweb.co.za. I have also been published by City Press, BizNews, Business Day, News24, and African Liberty. I'm also a speaker, have spoken at conferences in South Africa and Kenya. I have been interviewed by BBC World News, and have been quoted by TIME Magazine and Al Jazeera, about South Africa’s socioeconomic trends. I contributed to Professor Niall Ferguson's book "Doom: The Politics of Catastrophe", published in June 2021 by Penguin Books.
