Liberty Sparks on 4 of November conducted the second Tanzanian Students for liberty conference at COSTEC and follow up with leadership training on the 5 of November at BUNI-HUB. The program was designed for University students, where more than 101 students from different Universities like TURDACO,UDSM,Kampala University, Institute of Tax, Institute of Social Work, Bagamoyo University, Institute of Finance Management, College of Business Administration, SUA, Ardhi University, Bandari College, Mwalimu Nyerere Memorial Academy, National Institute of Tax and other colleges attended both two days program. On the conference participants get a chance to learn from different speakers and be able to ask questions regarding to topics discussed.

Theme of the conference was “Creating wealth through free Market” and among the topic that discussed on the 4th of November was introduction to ideas of liberty by the Executive Director of liberty Sparks Mr Evans Exaud who explain about the theme and the idea of the program, follow up with Liberty as Ideology by Mr. Isack Danford, Free Market in East Africa and Africa by Mr Erick Crispin,beyond Employment by Mc. Anthony Luvanda, Entrepreneurship by Mr.Henry Kazaula ,Private enterprises in Tanzania by Mr. Naamala Samson, and the program ended with a panel discussion where Speakers respond to key note, “is free market a solution for the Africa Economic Stagnation” and participant gets a chance to speak out their mind regards to topic.

On the second day few participants selected to attend on this intensive program, around 52 students across different Universities attend, the program was designed for the youth who real needs to see changes and ready to take a leadership wheel.
The programs was opened by The Executive Director of Liberty Sparks and Senior Local Coordinator for the African Students for Liberty, that follow up with introduction from Local Coordinator Mr.Dickson Kigora ,one of recruited leader from 2016 Tanzania students for liberty conference. Mr Dickson Kigora present about the leadership movement and how young students can participate and benefit. The following presentation was from Dr Nelson Amar who spoke of liberty and leadership, Dr Nellson draw different example from different scholars that evoke the desire of participant to become leaders of our generation, Other presentation were from Mr Naamala Samson a representative from BRAC Tanzania who train on public speaking skills, Marketing Ideas of liberty by Mr.Isack Danford, How to run events by Mr Allexander Mtweve, Fundraising for liberty by Mr Evans Exaud,Pitch and Networking by Dr Nelson.
